We are pleased to announce that, following an eight-month application and review process, Canada Revenue Agency just approved the Canadian Arctic Aid Society as a registered charity (#811439454RR0001). As a result, we may now issue official tax receipts to those who donate cash, goods, services or other in-kind gifts in support of our work.
It is our policy to issue official tax receipts to all donors, regardless of the amount or value of their contribution – because every penny really does count, and every donor is important to our mission of delivering humanitarian aid to Arctic Canadians.
